You do yourself a disservice, I think, downplaying the influence you have on others, but I think the fact that you do not think yourself so important is part of what makes you someone the rest are so keen to look to for guidance. Perhaps we ought to leave the word 'leader' out of it, if you feel so. We can simply call ourselves "allies," instead. Friends?
